This screen displays the Degree Audit Summary, a high level view of what the student has completed as well as what is remaining.
If students or advisors are allowed to recalculate student progress (as determined in the Setup for the portlet), a Recalculate Student Progress button will appear on the screen. Click this button to pull updated information from the ERP to show up-to-date information on the requirements needed.
The Degree Audit Summary screen has five sections, as follows:
This section displays the student's name, primary mailing address, telephone number and email address, as determined by the ERP.
This section shows the total Credits Earned, Overall GPA, Last Term GPA and Probation StatusAcademic Status, as determined by the ERP.
The Degree Information section displays all majors, minors, concentrations or certifications that the student is actively pursing as well as the GPA for each, as provided by the ERP.
The Advisor Information section shows all advisors for the student with their email addresses, advisor type and division or program for which the advisor advises the student.
The Requirements Summary section displays summary information for each requirement, as follows:
Requirement: Each aim or sub-audit that the student needs to complete. Each requirement is a link to the Degree Audit Detail screen for that requirement.
Year: The catalog year of the aim or requirement
Aim: The abbreviation of the aim or sub-audit, as determined by the ERP
Hours Needed: How many hours are left to complete the requirement
Hours Earned: How many hours the student has completed in the requirement.
Hours in Progress: How many hours the student is currently enrolled for that will contribute to completion of the requirement.
Quality Points: The number of quality points earned, based on the grades achieved in required classes.
GPA: The overall GPA achieved in the requirement.
Status: This column will show whether the student has Met or Not Met the conditions of the requirement.
Printing a Degree Audit Report
From the Degree Audit Summary screen, click the Printable Degree Audit (PDF File) link.
A PDF report of the Degree Audit Summary screen will generate and display in a new window.
